I suffered with post-natal depression (PND) followed by PMS (premenstrual syndrome) for nearly eight years. I was lucky, help came to me and I went on to run five self-help groups across the county helping over 400 women. PMS is a TOTALLY UNNECESSARY condition. Putting up with it, coping, feeling guilty and ending up with it spoiling your otherwise normal, enjoyable life, and maybe destroying relationships and employment possibilities, has to be discouraged.I am here to help.
I am a mother of four children in their teens and twenties now. I also teach special needs pupils. My theories, and advice have been tried and tested by many women who came to my groups and who have called me over the years. I am able to explain things in a simple and easy to understand way, since I am NOT a doctor or a 'so-called' expert who can only talk in 'jargon'. You deserve respect, understanding, you do not want to be 'lorded' over or talked down to. You are a feeling, normal, equal and legitimate person, who deserves to be heard and not dismissed.
Sadly there are some people about, who just think we should put up, or shut up. Others who even think women are clearly not man's equal because of this 'flaky' behaviour, still others who feel we can, and should be treated as inferior, or even with aggression, even abused, emotionally or physically. IT IS WRONG, WE DO NOT DESERVE IT.
With theadvice you get from this ebook, you should be able to put thesedifficulties behind you. Start being 'normal' throughout the month and regain the respect you deserve.
